Acceptance

By creating or using a Visitta account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Visitta helps organize doctors, cycles, itineraries, and visits. It provides operational information and planning tools; it does not replace professional decisions, medical guidance, or checking information in the field.

Your account and data

You are responsible for protecting your access details and providing information you are legally allowed to use. Do not share your password or authorization tokens. You are also responsible for reviewing data and routes before carrying out a visit.

ChatGPT connection

The ChatGPT connection is optional. After you consent, ChatGPT may query the authorized data in your Visitta account and, only if you grant the corresponding permissions and confirm each action, register and update doctors, their hours and absences, add doctors to cycles, record or undo visits, and update the progress of visits and itineraries. Doctors registered or with an address changed through ChatGPT only join itineraries once their location is precisely confirmed. With confirmation, it can also create, edit, and delete simple itineraries. Planned itineraries are created in Visitta. The connection cannot delete doctors or planned itineraries.

Acceptable use

Do not use Visitta to access another person's account, bypass security controls, send unlawful content, or try to disrupt the service. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect people, data, or operations.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, or product evolution. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve data and communicate material changes when appropriate.
